Data Gathering Survey

As the primary care providers for hundreds of thousands of rural Missourians across our state, we have an important story to tell on both the needs in rural Missouri and the solutions to the vexing problem of affordable care for all Missourians.  In order to begin this effort, the Missouri Association of Rural Health Clinics is collecting data and creating a comprehensive description of the role rural health clinics play in delivering care across the state.  MARHC has constructed a survey in order to begin to capture the data needed to better “tell the story” of rural health clinics in Missouri.  Since this survey has been sent to each individual clinic site, please answer the questions as they relate to each site and not the RHC as a whole.  The staff person responsible for that site’s cost report or the senior administrative staff at the clinic will probably be able to best complete the survey, although each clinic has a different organizational structure.  Regardless of who completes the survey, please answer as many questions as possible to help provide a complete picture of your clinic.

All responses will be kept strictly confidential.  Each of you completing the survey will be provided with a copy of the aggregated survey results.  We greatly appreciate your time in completing this survey.  If you have any questions, please contact MARHC at 573.635.5090 or email info@marhc.org.

MARHC Conferences

MARHC held its first conference in the fall of 2000, opening the doors for RHCs to serve as one voice throughout Missouri. Since then, one of MARHCs primary goals has been to serve as a continual educational resource for both our members and non-members. To accomplish this, MARHC now holds two annual conferences. The Spring Billing Conference offers clinics an opportunity to educate themselves on issues relating solely to billing. The Fall Annual Conference provides more of a general overview on RHCs, with presentations relating to all areas of the practice.

In addition to serving as an educational tool, the conferences allow RHCs from across the state to network with one another and share best practices. Regardless of membership in MARHC, all RHCs are encouraged to participate in the conferences and work to expand the RHC community in Missouri.
